There is an orange fungus that has started to grow all over my wooden outdoor chairs after all the rain. How do I get rid of it, as I’m sure it’s probably rotting the timber?

Answer: Hi Kim,  Clean the orange fungus with Scotchbrite, then paint on a water based wood sealer like Intergrain Ultradeck (you can do this while the wood is wet if you like). This will add years of life to the furniture and make it look much better.  This paint sets like any clear plastic paint, providing an excellent surface to sit on.  Don
