I have two weeping cherries that I planted in June July, they are not showing any signs of sprouting yet is that ok

Deep water once a week

No

 

Is the plant indoors or outdoors: 
Outdoor

Answer: Hi Paula,  Weeping Cherries need a cold climate to do well. They need to count many COLD days before they realise it is Spring and then commit to flowering. Unless you get at least 20-30 days of frost, cherries will be erratic in flowering from year to year…Don
