Today we’re looking at some tips on how to grow better plants.

  1. If a pot plant dries out and won’t re-wet easily, place a metal Pope Capitol sprinkler on top of the potting mix and drizzle the hose in the pot for 30 minutes. Don’t let the water spray away from the pot, just a drizzle will do. This works wonders, especially if you follow it up with a wetting agent.
  1. If your indoor plants keep dying, buy two identical indoor plants in identical pots and put one inside and the other outside in a semi-shaded position. Swap them over every week or two. This way they should last for years.
  1. If you want to grow perfect azaleas, grow them in pots. Almost all azaleas do better in pots than in garden soil.

I hope that one of these tips at least is useful for you.
