Can the computer help with gardening?

Computers are a fabulous source of information on almost anything… But not quite everything.

If you are into gardening, computers aren’t much use. If you want to know what plant grows well in your area, you need local knowledge.

Soils differ from one side of the street to the other. Climate varies hugely from one suburb to another.

Which fruit trees grow best in your area is a question that only local growers will know.

Which vegies to plant and when is also a question for a local person.

So, forget the computer and ask horticulturists at your local nursery.

Or pay a visit to your local garden club.

Or ask a neighbor.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE IS KING and local people will be glad to help you.

Hooroo!
