I am interested in growing the attached trees on a property in the south west of WA, but I am not sure of the name of this species.

Answer:
Sorry Louise, the photo is way too indistinct for ID purposes. It appears to be a weeping gum of some sort. You will need to send a sample of leaves, flowers, and a bunch of gumnuts to the botanic gardens for a more accurate ID. Don
