In a sheltered spot, along a wooden fence. south side of house. In shade for a lot of the morning. Next door is big golden cane palm tree. Look green and have had flowers, but just not growing. Had 8 but 4 have died

Answer: Sorry Vicki, but there is not enough in your email to permit diagnosis of the problem. You need to get a qualified horticulturist out to inspect your plants. Hopefully you can find one in the local paper or at the nursery.
