Indoor Plants

Your indoor plants may suffer badly during winter – so start protecting them as soon as possible.

Firstly do not place indoor plants outside in winter – the cold temperatures could kill them.

Water all indoor plants very sparingly during winter – cold water around their roots can kill or injure plants.  Madonna lilies (i.e. spathiphyllums) get brown tips to their leaves if you over-water them during winter.

You can also move your indoor plants close to the windows in winter as the sun is much gentler.

So warm spots and less water for all indoor plants in winter.

Hooroo!
