Cast iron pots

When Don tried to lift a beautiful old cast iron pot, he was amazed to discover that it wasn’t cast iron at all. In fact, it was a cheap plastic pot that had been coated with a rusting paint.

Rusty plastic mouldings

Rusting paint can also be applied to plastic mouldings around the garden. In our segment Don showed a ceiling rose coated with rusting paint and used as the centrepiece of a fountain, while plastic vents in the side of the house had also been given the rust treatment.

Pot holders

Don suggested adding some fun and unusual touches to your garden with decorative pot holders. They are available shaped as dogs, cats and a whole family of humans!
