Greg Chappell and his wife Judy are both vegan so live on a pure vegetarian diet with no animal product whatsoever, not even milk. Greg has written a book on the subject of healthy living called Greg Chappell’s Health and Fitness Repair Manual – A Book for Men. It looks at the human body, its resilience and its ability to repair itself if given the right environment.
Greg’s vegetable soup
Cook some sweet potatoes and carrots with a little bit of ginger in some of their own juices and some water until soft. When cooked put in a food processor or blend and add some fresh herbs, 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, a dash of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of coconut milk and 1 teaspoon of paprika and blend into a soup consistency. Serve immediately.
