Answer: Hi Ash,  I’m not sure what this is. It could be caused by tiny insects or mites attacking the growth buds – you would need to use a hand lens to see them IF they are still there. It could also be some sort of toxic spray drifting over the plant. Since the plant looks otherwise quite healthy, I would fertilise it with Seasol PowerFeed and water it twice a week for 30 minutes with a sprinkler during this Summer.  Don
