People In Your Roof
Just a warning about people in your roof…
Electricians, air-conditioning trades people, ceiling insulation people and roofing tradespeople all disappear up into your roof cavity, do some work, then quietly leave.
Many of these roofing people, knowing that you won’t think to check your roof cavity before they leave, will leave an unlikely mess up there.
Packets for light fittings, screws and pink batts. Old bits of air conditioning ducting, old, damaged insulation batts, bits of wood, metal or plastic pipe.
Eventually your roof cavity can be such a mess that no one can work in it.
Can I simply suggest that you always inform roof cavity workers that you will need to check the roof cavity before they leave.
This will pay huge dividends in the long term.
