Fast Noodles
If you think you know what ‘fast food’ is all about, think again. Geoff Jansz could have cooked some 2-minute noodles to go with his takeaway sweet-and-sour pork, but he was absolutely starving and didn’t have time. Geoff wanted noodles, and he wanted them instantly!
Geoff’s demonstration on how to deep-fry bean vermicelli was so quick that if you blinked you probably missed it! He simply heated some oil and dropped in the noodles and a second later, hey presto, they were cooked! All that remained was to drain the vermicelli and serve.
