2 kgs corned beef
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, halved
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1 tablespoon vinegar
Method
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring slowly to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve
Serve with mashed potatoes, peas and white sauce.
