Roundup and Zero
There are a couple of newer forms of glyphosate weed killers around.
Both Roundup and Zero have rapid or fast acting forms of these sprays available in ready to use spray bottles. These faster-acting forms of glyphosate work better and faster all year round.
Perhaps the most interesting new one though is Roundup Gel. The jelly squeezes out from the bottle much like toothpaste from a tube.
This means that you use less of the chemical and it’s far less messy to apply.
The weeds still die, but you and the environment are much safer along the way.
This new jelly-like herbicide is called Roundup Gel and most nurseries and hardware stores stock it.
