Are you time poor? Yeah but the relos and friends will be still be coming even though Christmas has gone & it’s now January.
So what are the quick and easy bits to do that are easy but still look good?
OK, here’s the Cheat’s Guide to the Emergency Makeover
1. Zip out and buy some cheap potted bloomers to replace any you got for Christmas that are looking tired to add some colour and spark up the garden. Put some up near the front door.
2. Get a couple of large tubs to place either side of the front door and stick a couple of nice plants in them – maybe two hydrangeas or two NSW Xmas bushes – IN FLOWER.
3. On a hot day put a sprinkler on the lawn for the kids to play under and also to green up the lawn.
4. Trim the bloody lawn edges and mow the bloody grass.
5. Poor a beer or wine and relax as your friends and family arrive.
