Lining my Shed

Posted 1179 days ago

Hi,
I have emptied my shed to begin lining and insulating it. The first thing I have done is lined the interior walls and ceiling with thin clear plastic. The second thing is that I have put in insulation bats and then the third is put on the gyprock.
I have lined and insulated both side walls and have the roof to go. A friend at work told me that due to the plastic between the shed walls and the insulation their may not be enough air circulation and I may get condensation inside.
Can anyone help me with this? I don't know weather to pull the plastic off of the roof (inside) before I insulate and line that also?
Thank you.

Ozswede the plastic is a good idea but i don't think the plaster on the ceiling is something that will last for a long time.Since you have already got it put it up and hope you get 7 years out of it.Air wont stop condensation as it will form on the underside of the ceiling ,so the plastic is a good idea.
I am a plasterer.
Cheers
