Mix up the cement and spread it over the sides and base of one container then fit the second container into the first one having the cement between each container. Allow to dry. Make the concrete layer reasonably thick for added strength. I haven't made any myself but I had some home made ones given to me and they lasted for many many years.	0 0 Alert moderator
