Living fence post Posted 156 days ago I have a med height adult lilly pilly in my front yard- right on the fence line and I need to put up a fence. We have chosen a colorbond fence, is there any way of salvaging this beautiful tree? or do I have to cut it down. |

RE: Living fence post Posted 155 days ago I guess if you really want it you will find a way to keep it. |

RE: Living fence post Posted 137 days ago Nothing to lose trying to replant it. I would treat it with seasol a week or two before replanting, trim the folliage back and when digging out try to get as much of the root ball as possible. Soak in Seasol before replanting. |

RE: Living fence post Posted 133 days ago Thank you Ausfirm, but I don't think I have the resorces to move it, it is about 4m tall and the trunk is about the same width as me. Ive got about 2 months before the fence go's in, Im still considering a different fence around it. |
