We have the same problem with our pop top caravan on the vinyl.
I use Exit Mould, spray it on, wipe it off then wash it thoroughly with water to get rid of the residue.

Wet it with white vinegar, let dry out, brush off the residue. Job's done !

Following my previous post I am going to try using tea tree oil as a preventative on the caravans vinyl after I get the mould off it.

You may find the site helpful, it contains lots of advice for using environmentally friendly stuff.

Clove oil is best at preventing mould.
