RE: Securing treated pine timber Posted 189 days ago You could try ANKASCREWS by Ramset or a similar brand, I just used some for the first time to secure trusses to brickwork and they worked a treat. I used 12mm ANKASCREWS. |

If the timber is still on the move, you'll either cause it to split wide open, and/or demolish the concrete. The old-fashioned way is to thoroughly wet the timber and put (gradually) increasing weight onto it on the high parts. Several months if you're not the patient type. Alternately, let the whole lot do it's thing for a more "natural" look. When everything starts to grow over it, it won't really be a worry anyhow. Trust me on this one.....been there. |
