Any suggestions for a dog with really bad breath, his teeth are clean and he has chicken wings each day and a charcoal tablet, does anybody know of anything else that may help.

If he's a large dog, wings won't help. They don't really chew them. Brisket bone is the go for all sizes of dogs. If teeth AND gums are O.K., it might be a throat infection or similar.

My older 11 year old has this problem.
It could be several things, tooth tartar you say
is not an issue. It could be his intestines need
some extra flora if he has been on antibiotics?
Either the powder form of the human probiotics
sprinkled on his food 2 - 3 times a week. They make
it for animals as a powder.
I also use for both my dogs the natural yohgurt
low fat, they love it! I just put two teaspoons
on top of their food at breakfast 2 - 3 times a week.
For a quick fix I know will work is the Purina Dental Care
Fresh Breath Chews!
Good luck!

My 34kg dog has chicken wings!
I find the marrow in large bones
gives older dogs 'the runs' as they get
older!
