help with a dove

I heard a loud thud this morning only to find a dove had hit the window, I knew it would be a bit stunned after 10 min still wouldn't move, so i bought it inside when it flaps its winds only 1 is operational so i guess its damaged. what do i do now? what does it eat? it how can i make him/her comfortable?

It might need a trip to the vets. I remember one of my budgies flew into our ceiling fan once and broke it's leg - the poor little darling needed to be put in a splint for a few weeks till the leg had a chance to heal.

I'd check with the vet first to see what his policy is in treating an injured wild animal.
