Does any one know where to buy,or how to build a chook feeder, that is both water proof, and dove proof.
I live in Newcastle NSW,and am prepared to pay postage,or any expense in sending me the details on how to build one

Hi,

Try this website. I have one I got second hand and while my chookies are in training still, it looks great. Solid, quality feeder.

Good luck

Search for Grandpa's Feeders online. I bought one last month and it has been the best investment ever. No longer do we feed the neighbourhood birds but it also keeps out the native rats that visit our chook pen as well. A 20kg bag of pellets now lasts our seven chooks about 8 weeks, before it was gone in three weeks. Our chooks only took about three days to learn how to use it. The best invention ever.
