Antibarking collars

Posted 822 days ago

Hello everyone, just a quick note to find out whether you would know of the collar that would stop the dogs bark, not citronela collar as it is so expensive to keep going, the local petbarn increased the price of a small citronela spray to $32.99 and individual batteries that last for a few days only are also very dear. I am sure there are some other collars out there, would you know which ones ? Thank you

Hi MarieAnn. They do work amazingly well in a very short time. Once the dog gets the general idea, you then use the collar as a reinforcing placebo. Gradually decrease putting it on them, and you'll find that they will unlearn bad habits. Cheaper sources could be R.S.P.C.A. and Animal Protection Society. When we had the prob. with two chronic daytime barkers we were able to hire from R.S.P.C.A. Hope this helps.
