Cockatiels

Posted 61 days ago

I am attempting to breed with a pair of cockatiels for the first time. However, both rounds of eggs so far have been clear. What could be wrong? How can I improve fertility or could age be a factor? Any suggestions please!

we breed cockateils with great sucess it sounds like one of two things to me either the breeding pair is too young or a lack of calcium try cuttlefish as a rule if your wondering when your female is ready to lay if she goes crazy on the cuttlefish shes ready and put in your breed box if its not in there allways hope this helps kind regards tracey PS dont worry if first lot of eggs dont hatch if your birds are young this happens
