Rogue Kookaburra.

Posted 434 days ago

We have a problem with a rogue kookaburra, which dive-bombs into one of our windows. How can we stop this, as we are scared that he will either injure himself or smash the window. he does it 5or6 times a day, and I fear that it has become a game with him. Nothing seems to scare him off! In the nearly 40 years that we have lived here this problem has never before happened to us.

He sees his reflection as being a rival for HIS territory. Just cover the glass (outside) with a towel or similar. Lots of different birds do this...always young males, and normally in mating season. Sounds familiar, somehow.
