Rogue Kookaburra. Posted 434 days ago We have a problem with a rogue kookaburra, which dive-bombs into one of our windows. How can we stop this, as we are scared that he will either injure himself or smash the window. he does it 5or6 times a day, and I fear that it has become a game with him. Nothing seems to scare him off! In the nearly 40 years that we have lived here this problem has never before happened to us. |

RE: Rogue Kookaburra. Posted 417 days ago He sees his reflection as being a rival for HIS territory. Just cover the glass (outside) with a towel or similar. Lots of different birds do this...always young males, and normally in mating season. Sounds familiar, somehow. |
