irene1 Forum newbie - be nice! Posts: 11 Location: w.a Registered: February 2008	Dog Deterent Posted 83 days ago I have a 1 1/2 year old Pug I got her when she was 6 mths old. The person I got her of used to let her sleep outside. She wasn't house trained. I have tried my best at house training her, she not to bad, but she will wee on my carpet sometimes in the lounge and on my bath mats. I need to know if there is a dog deterent for inside the house I can use. _________	0 0 Alert moderator

There are lots of deterrents available at pet stores as a spray- there are also 'attractants' such as wee-wee pads, where the dog is compelled to wee on that and not on something else (such as your carpet) I found that was the final hurdle in house-training my pups - maybe it is so similar to grass? LOL Congratulations on getting this far with your Pug - i wish you every success in conquering this final step!	0 0 Alert moderator
