Root rot

Posted 703 days ago

Hy There,
I am having a bit of problem with root rot,
Last couple of years, my garlic crop starts off very healthy, just before maturing some of them starts looking sick as I pull the sick ones out I notice the roots are going mouldy. This is not over watering. Any advise towards solving this problem would be most appreciated, thanks guys.

Sounds like possibly White Rot. Google up "sclerotium cepivorum" and see if it fits the symptoms. Hope this helps, and let's know how you go.
