adelaide small rear garden

I have a small rear garden approximately 10m x 10m Surrounded by a solid fence. One side has pencil pines and a narrow garden bed, the rear and other side have raised beds with narrow groundlevel beds in front and the forth side is paved. There is a central square of lawn. If anyone can help with names of plants/climbers which will give me a semi-formal look and survive in the Adelaide climate I would really appreciate the help.
