Tree Species

Posted 128 days ago

Just hoping someone could help me out with the name of a tree that I have spotted in the current September issue 2008.

The tree in question is located on pg30 bottom left hand picture – tree is in the background on the top right hand side of the photo.

The tree is also on pg 31, top picture centrally located in the background tree probably about 8-10mtrs tall large green leaves, and a spotted trunk.

I hope somone can please let me know what tree this is.

It's really far to hard to ID that tree from those pics. I can't even tell if the leaves are single or multiple. You could try looking up the horse chestnut which is the closest I can come to it from those photos.

Thanks very much for replying to my question.

on the previous page i think either 28 or 29 in the bottom Right hand corner there is a close up picture of one of the branches that you can see the leaves in very good detail, also the very spotted trunk the tree has. This may help you out with identification.

Once again thanks very much for your help.
