Retaining Walls Posted 133 days ago Who is responsible for the costs associated with replacing a retaining wall. Is it the person who sits higher or the one lower? Or is it a shared expense? |

RE: Retaining Walls Posted 126 days ago You need to ask your Council this question. Normally fence lines are shared expence but all councils differ in their by-laws. |
