Frost full western sun groundcover

I would like some recommendations on what I can plant as a true ground cover, preferably with a weeping habit that would trail over a low wall.

I would prefer native, but am open to suggestions. Our newly replanted front garden gets full western sun in summer and is prone to frost in winter.

Do not want anything that grows more than 0.5m. Suggestions and where I can buy in NW sydney would be much appreciated.
