Can anyone tell me why my custard apples are splitting?

Possibly due to lots of rain. Have you had a dry time and now you are getting rain. To be honest I never knew this could affect Custard Apple but I know it can do this to other fruit.

Sorry must apologise, what I thought was a custard apple, turned out to be a soursop!!
So our soursops are fine, lol, doesn't mean much to you though!!
