bug's eating our strawberrys

hi everyone, hope you are all well.
we have a bug eating our strawberry plant it looks like a small colourfull fly. how can i get rid of it? pleaase help

Mix some dishwashing detergent and water together and give this a try.Pretty simple I've used it on a bug that was eating our mint and it worked.Trim up the damaged area. Hope this helps .Cheers

Maybe its a fruit fly. If it is its not good. We got a peach trees and we lose bucket loads of peachs! All because of a fruit fly. And I think we have tried every way to get rid of them in the country!!!
