Do you know where she lives? If it's not too far, I'd scoop it up with a shovel and throw it on her front lawn, or doorstep... Then it's her job to clean it up. Most council bylaws now state it is the owners responsibility to clean up after your own dog, so perhaps just pass the issue onto them

tonyacott's first idea would certainly give the most satisfaction, but could land you in legal poo, so to speak. If she's that regular (again, so to speak), I'm sure your local council ranger would be happy to conveniently cruise past at the right time.

There are lots of nasty things you could do, but they are all illegal

As much as law goes, we cannot pick up rubbish, poo or whatever and do anything with it except dispose of it appropriately.

Personally I think it is not fair, but as with any other matter we cannot take revenge on any issue.

If ranger cannot bother coming past, you might set a motion-triggered camera and give evidence to Council or possibly local TV, as Police will be probably not interested, but if they wanted they could fine her for littering.

Sometimes Current Affairs or Today Tonight tackle the issues with some results.

There are sprays that can be applied which supposedly deter all sort of animals from making the area their toilet, but sprays are bit of a hit and miss and have to be reapplied regularly.

Try spraying some citrus juice around. Dogs hate citrus smell.
