Broccoli

I have grown broccoli and the head is about 5inches across and matured. When I pick this, is that all I get? Long time to wait for that! lol

You should also get lots of florettes after the main head is gone.I grew it once a long time back;from memory I think they grow as laterals.Pick them while fairly small for better taste.
