Passionfruit often doesn't fruit till the second season. Having said that, I planted two vines over a trellis for summer shade on the driveway at the beginning of this summer. I fed and watered aggressively to achieve the shade and it has started to fruit now. However I am in SE Qld so in your case, be patient.

just a thought... maybe spraying for ants caused the bee shortage. Having said that, my three passionfruit varieties produced magnificent leaf growth, but hardly a fruit between them for the last couple of years and I haven't sprayed. From what I've read on this forum, the flowering and fruiting appears to be fairly hit and miss these days.

HI triton it takes about 2 years for the vines to fruit owing to the lack of bees you will have to pollnate the flowers yourself with a small artist brush not knowing how to go about it I serf the internet and found a site where you brush gentle the under side of the anther to collect the pollan and place it gentle on the under side of stigma.
The web site is http://gears.tucson.ars.ag.gov/book5/passionfruit.html

Ihave
been happy with the results hope you will be to.
