Heaps of flowers but no cucumbers

Posted 778 days ago

I know that this is a silly question I have tried to find past answers to it but cant find them. I have heaps of flowers male and female ones but they just keep falling of. I have tried to pollenate the female with a small paintbrush but this is not working is there something else I can try the plants are very healthy. I also have rockmelons but only seem to be getting male flowers Ive had one female flower on it but it has done the same thing the female has turned yellow and fallen off. Also while Im at it I have dwarf peach trees this is the 3rd season season one had lots of very small fruit last year only 3 normal sized fruit this year heaps of fruit but only very small am I doing something wrong?

If the flowers look o.k. but don't go on with the job after the paintbrush treatment, it might be worth trying a high Potassium level soluble fert. High as in 9 or 10 percent, but low Nitrogen content. Hope this helps.
