Cherry tree in blossom Posted 230 days ago I noticed today that my fruiting cherry has lots of blooms on it. Isn't this the wrong time? What do I do? In Perth. |

RE: Cherry tree in blossom Posted 227 days ago I would be very surprised if you get cherries off your tree, they need a certain amount of very chilly temperatures e.g. frosts...not that likely in Perth, is it, unless you're in Perth, Tasmania! I bet your tree doesn't know what season it is. |

RE: Cherry tree in blossom Posted 226 days ago I think you may be right that the tree is confused. It didn't do this last year. I'm in WA. I get it to fruit very successfully by giving it ice at the right time of the year. |

RE: Cherry tree in blossom Posted 225 days ago Wow, never heard that before....How often do you have to do that, and for how long? |
