I was given a plant with the comment that the fruit will rehydrate you faster than if you drank water. What I would like to know is its name and a little about it. Secondly is there a trick to fertilizing the flower as I note that the flowers just fall off. I only have one plant and it is being growing hydroponically in a hot house. It is doing well. Also can I take cuttings from it and propagate additional plants.
For information it has lovely green leaves with red veins, currently about one meter high with softish stems.

I also grow a tomato that which was given to me with the statement that the fruit are the largest in the world. Can you shed some light on its name? The fruit are grapefruit is size with very little water or seeds in side. Quite flavorsome.
