RE: pixebelle pinklady apple Posted 738 days ago I've never heard of a pixebelle though I have heard of Pinkabelles. Pinkabelles are a dwarf version of the Pink Lady. They're supposedly partially self-fertile but regular apples all need cross-pollination (pollination from another apple variety) for the fruit to set (that is grow and not drop off prematurely). I'd recommend getting a second tree that's compatible for cross-pollinating your variety. Plantnet has a list of cross-pollinators for the Pinkabelle: http://www.plantnet.com.au/pinkabelle-dwarf-pink-lady-a |
