I have had the same problem with my pumkin, for a while thats all it seemed to produce was male flowers, now my biggest problem is the pumkin grows to the size of a plum then shrivels and stops growing. First time veggie grower what am I doing wrong.

These plants seem to produce only male flowers in the beginning. Eventually female flowers will come.

Keliebailey it sounds as though your flowers are not being pollinated. You might have to hand pollinate if the bees aren't doing their job for you.

if you want to try and get more female flowers pick out a few growing tips to encourage more side shoots wich will have female flowers on them.
