Are the flowers being pollinated? Are there any bees around to do the pollinating? Eggplant can be self pollinating but bees would be a help too.

To encourage bees plant some quick flowering plants like Nastirtums or Petunia to attract them. You could try hand pollinating as well.

Sometimes eggplant don't set fruit when young Rachael, I'd just give'em more time.

Interest: Studies of the Institute of Biology of São Paulo State University, Brazil (Instituto de Biociências of the UNESP de Botucatu, São Paulo) showed that eggplant is effective in the treatment of high blood cholesterol hypercholesterolemia and in the control of cholesterol (about 30% reduction).

if they are not setting fruit it could be as Grey said- too young and time wiil fix w eggplants are open pollinated, so spraying them with a fine mist of water mid morning can help
