lemon tree discolored fruit

Hi there i have a lemon tree approxly 5 years old it does not give many fruit, but when the fruit is ripe, ready to use there is a brown discolor inside the fruit, and is not able to be eaten, there are no holes on the outside of the fruit. It is realy dark brown closer to the skin inside,usuall in one spot then lighter brown through out the fruit, i have looked for worms but could not find any.

It's a funghal problem Greg, possibly phytophora, nmeeds spraying with a copper based spray and the soil around it. Then feed the drip line with sulphate of potash and prune. Take out weak and ingrowing branches and twigs and any that are within a metre of the ground. The link will give you colour pics to identify the problem with certainty.
