Cherry Guarva

I have an approx: 7year old cherry guarva tree that flowers but doesn't get any fruit. 1 year 1 fruit, next year 2 fruit, and no more after that.
My husband wants to cut it down but I am still hopeing.

My neighbours grow them and they are covered in cherries. Will ask them. Do you seasol and fertilize it?
