RE: no olives on my tree Posted 150 days ago I am sure you'll get a lot of posts on this one but what i suspect is happening is that your tree may not have reached maturity and is not quite old enough to produce.If it is only 8 years old it may have a little while to go yet. |

RE: no olives on my tree Posted 148 days ago Olives also like plenty of lime in the soil, and they don't like other plants growing underneath them, in their root zone. The east coast also isn't the best olive-growing climate. Olives like wet winters and hot dry summers, and on the east coast we have wet humid summers that don't suit. This year, with a complete drenching in February, was a lousy time for east coast olives. |
