Monk's Beard Seeds

Hi there

Does anyone know about a vegetable called "Monk's Beard" (which comes from the Lazio - Italy region..I think..)

I haven't been able to find the seeds anywhere and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get them in Australia (or overseas).
