Moveable Veggie Box Planter

Posted 444 days ago

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has built a moveable veggie garden. I have seen on some other forums that people have done this succesfully but was just wondering if anyone has a plan for this. We are renting at the moment and are desperate to get another veggie garden going. Instead of ripping up the yard we like the idea of a moveable veggie garden (maybe on wheels)that will have minimal impact on the yard and we can even move it around to catch the sun. Any tips and ideas would be appreciated, Plans would be great. Thanks.

You can get raised garden beds which are made from corrugated iron. I think you can get wheels on them too.

I have the same problem and plant everything in pots. As long as you water and fertilize regularly and have good potting mix, the veggies grow just as well! If you don't want the pots on the ground, why not hunt around for an old Butcher's Table or Wheelborrow which can be moved around? :)

Good luck!
