Transplanting a frangipani Posted 149 days ago Could some body please help? I want to move a frangipani in our garden. Is winter the best time for this and do i need to prepare the move months in advance. i also have one growing through the pool fence. I was thinking of cutting the fence(removing the fence anyway) or cutting the branch off and replanting it as a cutting. If i want to raise the garden bed will i have to raise the frangipani aswell or will it handle having some soil around its trunk? |

RE: Transplanting a frangipani Posted 148 days ago It's best to move Frangipani's in late winter (August in Sydney). At this time of year the plant is dormant. Take as big a root ball that you can, the bigger the root ball the greater chance of success. No need to water the tree after transplanting. |
