Groundcover identification

My neighbour has a ground cover that they are using instead of a lawn. They have called it Lapia, but I can find no reference to this plant anywhere.
It has very tiny pale pink flowers, small oval opposite leaves which are slightly serrated. Can anyone help?

what you're talking about is Lippia and it's a weedy pest. Go to the link below to read about this plant.
